About Drammeh Yiriwaa

Drammeh Yiriwaa Foundation delivers relief food, clothing and direct aid to families across The Gambia and Senegal. We partner directly with village elders, mothers, and international donors to deliver aid that lasts. We don't parachute in, we live here, invest in people, and stay for the long run.

How It Works

How a gift travels from your hands to a household.

Donate

Supporters pack the boxes

Supporters abroad collect donated food, clothing and household goods, and pack them into boxes.

The boxes are shipped

The packed boxes are sent to The Gambia, where the foundation receives them.

Volunteers sort the delivery

Volunteers sort what arrives and make it up into packages for the households it is going to.

Handed over at the door

The packages are carried to the household and handed over in person, and a photograph is kept of every distribution.
